Nevada ECAC Strategic Plan 2025-2027 Request for Proposal:

The Nevada Early Childhood Advisory Council (Nevada ECAC) was seeking an individual or agency to facilitate and develop the Nevada ECAC Strategic Plan 2025-2027. The NECAC is committed to laying a solid foundation for systems work that will build upon existing systems strengths while also innovating and transforming those areas that are not performing optimally.

The vendor will create a proposed scope of work to describe the work to be completed during the performance period which addresses Nevada ECAC commitments, builds background knowledge about the Nevada ECAC, facilitates a strategic plan development period, and develops the Nevada ECAC Strategic Plan 2025-2027.
